Generated links may expire. Return to the generator and create a new link instead of repeatedly using an old one.
Start here for common questions about OnlyDebrid and how the premium link service works.
Generated links can have a limited lifetime. If a previously generated URL no longer works, return to OnlyDebrid and generate a fresh link from the original filehost URL.
Transfer speed can depend on the source host, server availability, network conditions and your own connection. A temporary slowdown does not necessarily indicate a problem with your account.
Compatibility can vary by generated link and download client. If a third-party download manager fails, first test the generated URL directly in your browser.
Filehost connections and provider availability can change. A host may therefore be temporarily unavailable even if it normally appears in the OnlyDebrid directory.
Visit the Supported Hosts page to browse providers currently listed by OnlyDebrid and open the individual host page for more information.
You can send a host suggestion to support. A request does not guarantee that the provider can or will be added.
Confirm you are using the correct account details and check for typing errors. If your credentials are correct but access still fails, use the available account recovery option or contact support.
Your account should be kept secure and used in accordance with the OnlyDebrid terms and the limits associated with your plan.
First check whether your payment has completed successfully. If it has completed but your account has not updated, contact support with your account details and the relevant payment or transaction reference.
Review the current pricing section for available plans, durations and included access before purchasing.
Current OnlyDebrid plan information is shown in the pricing section on the homepage.
Secure your account credentials and contact support as soon as possible with details of the activity you do not recognise.
Only use the service for files you have the right or permission to access. Your use of OnlyDebrid must also comply with applicable law and the service terms.
