Agreement to these Terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of OnlyDebrid, including our website, account features, premium link generator and related services.
By accessing the service, creating an account, or purchasing premium access, you agree to these Terms and any policies referenced in them. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of OnlyDebrid is lawful in your location and that you have the right to access and download the files you submit through the service.
What OnlyDebrid provides
OnlyDebrid provides a link-generation service designed to facilitate access to files hosted by supported third-party filehosting services.
Users may submit compatible filehost URLs through the OnlyDebrid interface. Where the relevant host is available and the request can be processed, the service may generate or provide access to a download link.
OnlyDebrid does not operate the third-party filehosting services shown on the website and does not control their websites, infrastructure, content, availability, restrictions or policies.
Your account
Some OnlyDebrid features require an account. When creating or using an account, you must provide information that is reasonably required to operate the service and keep your account credentials secure.
You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and access to your account.
Your account is intended for your own use unless a particular plan expressly states otherwise.
Information supplied in connection with your account or payment should be accurate.
You should contact support promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
Use the service responsibly
OnlyDebrid must be used only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for the URLs you submit and the files you access through the service.
You must not use OnlyDebrid to:
- access, obtain or distribute files where you do not have the legal right or authorization to do so;
- infringe copyright, intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
- distribute malware, malicious code, unlawful material or content intended to harm others;
- interfere with, overload, disrupt, probe or attempt to compromise OnlyDebrid or connected systems;
- circumvent account, usage, security or technical restrictions imposed by OnlyDebrid;
- resell, redistribute, share or commercially exploit account access unless we have expressly authorized it;
- use automated systems to make excessive requests or otherwise use the service in a manner that materially affects other users.
OnlyDebrid does not grant rights to third-party content merely because a URL can be processed by the service.
Supported hosts are third-party services
Filehosts displayed by OnlyDebrid are independent third-party services. References to a filehost, including its name or logo, are used to identify compatibility with our service and do not necessarily imply sponsorship, endorsement, partnership or affiliation.
Filehost availability may change without notice. A host may become temporarily unavailable, restricted, rate-limited or permanently unsupported because of technical, operational or third-party changes.

Prices, plan durations, included features and any applicable usage limits are displayed during the purchase process. You should review the current purchase information before completing payment.
Premium access begins according to the terms shown at checkout after the required payment has been successfully received or confirmed.
You are responsible for checking that the selected plan is suitable for your needs before completing payment.

Refund requests
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy. Requests may be reviewed where there is a duplicate payment, failure to provide purchased access, or another qualifying payment or service issue.
Temporary unavailability of an individual third-party filehost does not necessarily mean that the overall OnlyDebrid service is unavailable.
Nothing in these Terms or our Refund Policy excludes any refund, guarantee or other remedy that must be provided under applicable consumer law.

We may maintain, update, modify or change OnlyDebrid and its supported services from time to time. We do not promise that every feature or third-party filehost will remain available permanently.
Availability may be affected by maintenance, infrastructure problems, network conditions, third-party restrictions, filehost changes, abuse prevention measures or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where practical, we may display host status or other service information to help users understand current availability, but such information may not always reflect changes immediately.
Important service limitations
To the extent permitted by applicable law, OnlyDebrid is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, permanent availability of any particular filehost, or that every submitted URL can be processed.
We are not responsible for the content, operation, security, availability or conduct of independent third-party filehosts or websites.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising solely from the use or inability to use the service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, guarantees, warranties or remedies where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.
Protecting the service
We may restrict, suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe an account is being used in violation of these Terms, for unlawful activity, for abuse of the service, or in a way that creates security, operational or legal risk.
Depending on the circumstances, we may investigate suspected misuse and take proportionate steps to protect OnlyDebrid, its infrastructure and other users.
Users may stop using OnlyDebrid at any time. Ending use of the service does not automatically create a right to a refund; applicable refund rights are described in our Refund Policy and under applicable law.
Updates to these Terms
We may update these Terms when our service, business practices, legal requirements or features change.
The current version will be published on this page. Where appropriate, material changes may also be communicated through the website or account interface.
Your continued use of OnlyDebrid after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
